For reservations, a prepayment of two nights is required.

Cancellation:

• In case of cancellation of the reservation 2 weeks prior to arrival, the prepayment is returned in full;
• In case of cancellation of booking one week prior to arrival, 50% of advance payment is returned;
• If you cancel your booking later than in a week, the prepayment will not be refunded.

The prepayment is refunded within 5 working days from the date of the application.

In case of non-arrival to the reserved room, the prepayment is not refundable.

Possible types of payments: non-cash - payment to a bank card and cash on site, when settling.
